5:00 - 6:30 Arrival

Wander the Flower Farm with a beverage from the Tipsy Travelers, pick a bucket of flowers to take

home, enjoy some tasty appetizers while arranging your flowers in the Design Studio, and meet some new friends!

6:30 - 8:00 Dinner in the Flower Farm

Seated at a long harvest table between the 1000's of flowers, enjoy the phenomenal meal prepared by Chef Alvin Lee at Golden Hour

Caprese - Roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil herb vinaigrette and balsamic reduction

Cote de boeuf- Ribeye basted in garlic, rosemary, thyme & butter

Salmon pave w/ orange horseradish sauce & dill

Lyonnaise potatoes

Dinner roll and butter

TIPSY TRAVELERS

Featuring two Signature Cocktails, Wine, and Beers. Each guest will receive two drink tickets redeemable for any beverage. Additional beverages available for direct purchase.

YOU-PICK FLOWER BUCKET

Each guest will receive a certificate for a You-Pick Bucket of Flowers (50 stems of beautiful blooms) to pick flowers the night of, return to pick at another time, or redeem for a custom bouquet to take home at the end of the evening. If you wish to have a custom bouquet prepared, please call at least 48 hours prior to the event at 319.227.7844 and leave a message with the name on the reservation and a preferred color pallet.

PLEASE NOTE

• Tickets are required for the event. By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge your presence on a working farm and assume the liability of any hazard you may encounter.

• Tickets are non-refundable. In the event that you are no longer able to attend, please gift your ticket to a flower and food loving friend.

• If the event of wet weather, the dinner will be moved inside to our design studio and buckets of flowers will be redeemable at another public you-pick time.
