Buckets are picked per order and are not refundable or returnable. If you cancel your order you will be charged the full amount. If you no longer need the flowers you have ordered, we suggest donate them. We can provide recommendations if needed.

Please keep in mind, due to the preparation and preservation process that we provide for our flowers, we are unable to cancel any custom orders less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled pick-up time.
